Refund Policy & Disclaimers

We work hard to get your order right the first time. If you experience issues with a product or service, there may be alternatives to returning it.

Optimum Solutions LLC offers a simple and effective One-Email refund policy. To cancel your annual support service, send an email to support@optimumsolutionus.com with your cancellation reason. Our 30-day money-back policy applies with the following conditions:

  • Refunds apply only to subscription-based services and must be claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribing.
  • If we are unable to resolve your issue remotely despite your cooperation, you will not be charged for that individual service. Refunds, if granted, will deduct $49.95 per service hour provided. Requests must be submitted in writing to the billing department at support@optimumsolutionus.com.
Non-Refundable Items

The full retail value of non-refundable services or items will be deducted from refunds. Partial returns on bundles void any bundle discounts and those discounts will be deducted from your refund. Software and hardware refunds are calculated at full retail value.

Optimum Solution LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for any data loss. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Fraudulent Information Policy: We take fraud seriously. Purchasing under false names or with invalid credit cards is a crime. Misuse of chargeback processes is illegal. We pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
