Terms and Conditions – Optimum Solution

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Optimum Solution and you, governing the use of our support services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services from Optimum Solution, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

2. Services We Offer

  • Internet setup, fault repair, browser tuning
  • Computer security: antivirus, anti-spyware, firewall setup
  • Data backup and device optimization

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are valid within 3 calendar days for one-time services. Subscription refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis, provided no support was used.

4. Usage Agreement

  • Minimum user age: 16 years
  • Support limited to number of devices in your plan
  • No onsite services are included
  • We are not liable for hardware issues or data loss

5. Limited Warranty

If we cannot fix your issue remotely despite your cooperation, we will not charge you or refund the paid amount (within our refund period).

6. Use of Software & Tools

Tools like diagnostics, performance boosters, or remote access software may be installed temporarily. Use of such tools is governed by their respective licenses.

7. Exclusions

  • Unsupported or unauthorized software
  • Hardware failure, accidents, or misuse
  • Service requests beyond your plan’s scope

8. Termination & Validity

Plans expire based on the selected duration. We may terminate services if terms are violated. Refunds (if eligible) apply only to the unused service period.
